Cancellation Policy Tours : Individual Reservations with deposit or OTA – Credit Card Garantee
Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 30 days’ notice June-October and national holidays. If you must make a last-minute cancellation, we will return the deposit, as long as we are able to rent the room to another guest over the entire reserved period. Naturally, we will make every effort to rent the room and return your deposit. Reservations made through OTA+s and our booking engine Cubilis are subject to the written cancellation policy according the booking confirmation you receive ipon booking
Cancellation Policy: Group Reservations
Once you have reserved your group rooms with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation, the following policies apply: For a cancellation with 6 months or more, your full deposit will be refunded. For less than 6 months, a per room cancellation fee will apply. Should you need to cancel within 6 months of arrival date, we will return the deposit, less the cancellation fee, only if we are able to rent the rooms over the entire reserved period. Should your estimated number of attendees decrease by more than 25%, you may be obligated for loss of estimated revenue for rooms, food and beverage, reflected as an increased room rental fee.
Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency or weather and as such we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
